Frequently Asked Questions
You can pay with the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: Payment upon delivery (plus €6 fee)
- Prepayment: Payment in advance by bank transfer to our account
- Debit/Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
Please note that for prepayment orders, it can sometimes take 1 to 3 days for us to receive your payment, depending on the bank or foreign account involved. If you're unsure whether we've received your payment, please email us at online@bushdoctor.at and we will confirm receipt immediately.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order. If all items are in stock, shipping usually takes place within three business days of placing your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, changes are generally possible – but only for minor adjustments (e.g. exchanging an item, not the entire order).
In this case, please send us an email as soon as possible to online@bushdoctor.at.
Alternatively, you can cancel the order and place a new one. Please contact us first to ensure the package isn't on its way to you yet.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about the extended waiting time and possible alternatives (e.g. exchange for another product, partial delivery, cancellation of individual items, etc.).
If your voucher code is not accepted, please check the following:

Pay attention to the exact spelling – including special characters, letters, and numbers. Avoid typos.
👉 Note the upper and lower case letters:
Some codes are case-sensitive, meaning they are sensitive to upper and lower case letters.
👉 Enter code again:
Sometimes it helps to simply enter the code again carefully.

Yes! We now offer our “Freshness Service” with GO! Express for plant orders. This means your plants will only be in transit for a maximum of 24 hours, ensuring they arrive fresher and healthier.
👉 What you need to know:
- Shipping only on Mondays and Tuesdays and only after payment has been received
- Only applies to plants in stock
- Austria and Germany only
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight
‼️Please note: Express shipping means a shorter transport route, but no guaranteed next-day delivery, as we only ship our plants on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Our cuttings come only from healthy, tested mother plants with stable genetics, cultivated by experienced breeders. They select only the best mothers that have demonstrated their capabilities over many cycles: vigorous growth, high flower production, and consistent quality. These plants are regularly monitored for potency, health, pests, and genetics.
